We are located in a quiet area in the center of Gossensaß (approx. 1,000 inhabitants) at 1,100 m above sea level, a small village in the northern part of South Tyrol. We have guests both in summer and winter who can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities: hiking and mountaineering opportunities, many excursion destinations, several ski areas (Ladurns, Rosskopf, Ratschings), toboggan runs, ice skating rinks, cross-country ski trails and much more. We also have inexpensive packages. There are several bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartments have 3 to 8 beds and are comfortably and functionally furnished. The fortunate location of our house enables an unforgettable and relaxing holiday, in the middle of an intact natural landscape, rich in forests and wonderful plants. Facilities: kitchen, kitchen utensils, safe, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, private parking, mountain bikes for adults and children, small pets allowed. Wellness: You can visit the Balneum in Sterzing for free, just 5 minutes by car from the apartment. There you will find several types of saunas, wellness offers and a swimming pool.
